I’m not a fan of buffets because they are more about quantity than quality. I’d rather spend 25-35 bucks a person on a well prepared entree! Buffets do have a lot of advantages, especially in Vegas. If you’re in a big group it’s easy to cater to everyone’s taste and you don’t have to worry about splitting the bill!
Travel and Leisure posted an article of the top all you can eat buffets in the world. Bellagio ranked the best in Vegas. The interesting one is the 100+ desserts at the Langham Hotel in Boston. 100+ desserts?! I hope I get to see Rio in a few months, because the list also included a restaurant in Rio!
